Wachenheim
2004 Hanoverian Gelding
(Worldly – Westwall)
Wachenheim was imported by a client of Siobhan’s in 2017. A green Prix St. Georges horse, he had competed with success at the FEI Junior level (3rd level equivalent) in Europe, including being named reserve horse for the Belgian team at the 2016 European Junior/Young Rider Championships. His new owner showed him at Prix St. Georges in 2017 with much success, including a 5th place finish in the Region 1 Prix St. Georges AA Championship, and a wild card for USDF Finals. Despite their success, they were ultimately not a good match, and his owner generously made it possible for him to stay with Siobhan.
Siobhan developed “Waki” to Grand Prix, and he debuted at that level in early 2019.
After stepping down from the Grand Prix level, he was to leased to a few different students of Siobhan’s, and was named a reserve team member for the 2023 Region 1 NAYC team at the Junior level with Grace Lotsikas.
Waki retired sound and happy at the end of 2023, and is currently playing babysitter to the youngsters at Locks Edge.
Hesselhøj Vamilja
2018 Danish Warmblood Mare
(Vitalis – Sir Donnerhall II)
“Milja” was purchased off a video in early 2022. This little pocket rocket of a mare has three super gaits, and a wonderful character.
She competed in the FEI 5 Year Old classes with Alex Robertson in 2023, while Siobhan was recovering from shoulder surgery.
Siobhan and Milja plan to compete in the FEI 6 Year Old classes in 2024.
